My journey to becoming a legal document assistant began in 2006. I was a young mom to two little boys without a lot of money and I needed legal assistance for a divorce. I could NOT afford an attorney – so my only option was to navigate the court system myself. As I stumbled my way through the paperwork and hearings, I learned that there were many people in my situation. I decided that I wanted to become a licensed, legal document assistant. After becoming licensed, I worked under one of the best LDAs in the Valley and under her guidance, improved my work. When she left the business in 2010, I took over and the rest, as they say, is history!
